At Clínica Dental Longo we take the protection of your data seriously. This policy explains how we process the personal data of people who visit this website or contact us through it, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process

This website has no forms. We process the data you provide when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email from the website (for example, your name, phone number and the content of your message), as well as browsing data collected through cookies, if you accept them (see the cookie policy).

If you are a patient, the processing of your health data is governed by the specific information we provide to you at the clinic.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• Answering your enquiries and managing appointments: based on your request and the taking of pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Analysing website use to improve it: only if you consent to analytics cookies (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

4. How long we keep it

We keep contact data for as long as necessary to deal with your request and, afterwards, for any applicable legal retention periods. Browsing data is kept for the periods indicated in the cookie policy.

5. Who it is shared with

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required to. To run the website and communicate with you, we use providers that may access data as data processors:

• Hostinger, web hosting provider.
• Google, for web analytics (if you accept it) and the location map.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us through this channel.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are made with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@clinicadentallongo.com or by post to the address above, enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Minors

Children under 14 must not provide us with personal data without the consent of their parents or guardians.
